Alexa is one of our amazing registered veterinary technicians. She originally grew up near Richmond, IN, but came to the area for new growth opportunities. Alexa has always felt a connection with animals, and she loves being able to spend every day helping them. Alexa started her veterinary medicine career in 2016 when she joined Vocational for Veterinary Science, then later, she obtained an Associate's Degree in 2019 from The Vet Tech Institute at International Business College.
Alexa is passionate about making a connection with every patient and client that she meets. She also has an interest in animal behavior and likes to think of various ways to decrease or limit the amount of stress on the patients.
During her free time, Alexa likes to spend time with her two cats, Sage and Aster, as well as visiting her family pets—Auzzie, Quirky, Olive, and Cocoa. Alexa has a theatrical background and spent most of her childhood dancing, singing, and acting. She also enjoys gaming and artistic hobbies.
