Dr. Kristen Knight is a dedicated veterinarian with a passion for helping pets live healthier, happier lives. Originally from Naperville, Illinois, she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science from the University of Illinois in 2010, followed by her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Illinois in 2014. She later completed a Master of Public Health degree at the University of Illinois Chicago in 2019. Dr. Knight began her veterinary career in 2014, building extensive experience in companion animal medicine and preventive care.
Her professional interests include veterinary dentistry, compassionate senior pet care, and helping beloved pets maintain their health and quality of life for as long as possible. What she enjoys most about veterinary medicine is being part of a collaborative team dedicated to making pets' lives more comfortable and fulfilling.
Outside of work, Dr. Knight enjoys crafting, gardening, and spending time with her family. She shares her home with two orange tabby cats, Hobbes, age 16, and Apple, age 5, who keep her entertained and remind her daily why she loves caring for animals.
