Dr. Fithian was born and raised on Long Island, NY. In 2022, she graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and has been working in small animal general practice. Dr. Fithian has a strong interest in aquatic medicine and has been volunteering with a marine rescue on Long Island, managing cold-stunned sea turtles and assisting in large whale responses. Dr.Fithian’s other professional interests include preventive and integrative medicine, surgery and pain management in all species.
Dr. Fithian is a certified aquatic veterinarian and certified veterinary acupuncturist. When she is not working, Dr. Fithian enjoys reading, camping and running.
