Kelly has been part of the veterinary field since 2005, and she joined the VCA team in December 2021. She became the co-hospital manager in 2023. She grew up in southeastern Connecticut, where she graduated from Ledyard High School with a focus on animal sciences. She and her husband, Luke, currently reside in Norwich. Together, they have three children and an energetic Pitbull/beagle mix named Kiko.

Her favorite things to do include spending time with family and friends, singing (both at her church and for a local community chorus), and helping her husband host retro video game tournaments. She also serves on the board of directors for said community chorus.
