Jessica Whetsell is a licensed veterinary technician. She began her journey in veterinary medicine by getting a Bachelor of Science Degree at Texas State University. After working at Sea World and completing several internships at San Antonio Zoo, she went back to school to get her Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology degree at Palo Alto College. Jessica has worked in veterinary medicine for over a decade and still loves it. She enjoys the ability to help animals and see the impact she can have on their care. Jessica's special interests are in ultrasound, surgery, and exotics.
When growing up, Jessica moved every few years and this constant change taught her that home is where her loved ones are, which include her cat, Hilary Rodham Kitty, daughter, and husband.
During her off time, Jessica enjoys knitting, reading, playing video games, hiking and family time.
