LOS ANGELES--VCA Animal Hospitals is offering free boarding assistance for dogs and cats, and other species, that have been displaced by the Saddleridge fire that broke out in Sylmar and spread to Porter Ranch and other communities. Approximately 100,000 people are under mandatory evacuation orders.
