Candice was born and raised in Southern California, where she grew up on a ranch surrounded by chickens, ducks, and horses. In 2021, she made the move to Northern Idaho to care for her grandparents during the pandemic, and she quickly fell in love with the close-knit community.

With seven years of experience as a medical receptionist in dermatology, Candice developed a strong foundation in patient care. However, her true passion lies in helping animals, which led her to join the team at River City Animal Hospital. Candice aspires to become a licensed veterinary technician to offer hands-on care to animals in need.

Outside of work, Candice enjoys hiking with her beloved dog, playing with her three ferrets, and spending quality time with her parrot. Her love for animals and commitment to their well-being is at the heart of everything she does.
