Kim Bergstrom

Client Service Manager

Kim Bergstrom, CCFP (she/her), is the Client Service Manager at VCA Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Arizona State University in 2023 and holds a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional (CCFP) certification through PESI.

Originally from Southern California, Kim has worked in both specialty and general practice and has held several roles at VCA, including CSR, CSR Lead, and Financial Coordinator. One of her favorite positions was serving as a Doctor's Assistant for the Emergency and Internal Medicine teams, where she enjoyed helping clients understand their pets' diagnoses and care plans.

Kim's professional interests include training and development, with a focus on supporting her team and fostering a positive client experience. Outside of work, she enjoys knitting, crafting, reading, and spending time at coffee shops with her husband and her Chihuahua, Harlee, who loves nothing more than cuddling up with a cozy blanket or her humans.

Administration

The hospital Administration team consists of management personnel who oversee all staff members, hospital activities and the facilities. Together, they keep the hospital running smoothly, ensuring quality patient care and excellent client service. From the moment you check in, our administrative staff is here to deliver the best possible experience to you and your pet before, during and after your visit.
