SimpleGuard® 3 is an anti-parasitic product prescribed by your veterinarian to offer protection against fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, lice, sand flies and mites in dogs. This product kills 4 species of ticks and kills fleas at all stages. Contains dinotefuran (4.95%), pyriproxyfen (0.44%), and permethrin (36.08%).
This product is toxic to cats and should only be used on dogs. If there are cats in the household, please discuss with your veterinarian.

Side Effects
A temporary irritation may develop at the site of administration, such as slight transitory redness, erythema, or itchiness. Call your vet if symptoms are bothersome to your pet. Your pet may continue to show signs of itching for a few days after the product has been applied, even though flea activity has been stopped. If itching persists or appears to be troublesome to your pet, contact your veterinarian.
Other side effects may occur. If you notice anything unusual, contact your veterinarian.
SimpleGuard® 3 should be applied topically as directed by your veterinarian.
Cautions
This product is only for dogs. Do not use SimpleGuard® 3 on cats. Wash hands with soap and water after application.
Make sure to tell your veterinarian what other medication you are giving to your pet. Quite often your veterinarian may prescribe two different medications, even if a drug interaction may occur. In this case, your veterinarian may vary the dose and/or monitor your pet more closely. There are no known drug interactions with this product, however, certain medications may interact with insecticides. Contact your veterinarian if your pet experiences any unusual reactions when different medications are given together. Be sure to inform VetSource and your veterinarian if your pet has any known drug sensitivities or allergies.
