Your first visit will allow us to get to know each other, check your pet's health, and begin wellness care to help prevent against future illnesses.
During your pet’s first visit, your veterinarian will do a head-to-tail exam and check overall health, including the skin and coat, eyes and ears, teeth and gums, heart, lungs and other vital organs.
The veterinarian will also check your pet for fleas, ticks and other external parasites.
Your veterinarian will also ask questions about your pet’s diet, habits and activities, and discuss overall health and wellness including:

When your pet is scheduled for boarding, drop-off times are on Monday-Friday from 8:15 am - 7:30 pm; on Saturday from 8:15 am - 3:30 pm; and Sunday from 10:30 am - 1:30 pm. If you have an appointment at the time of boarding you must be present for the exam with one of our doctors.
When your pet is scheduled for surgery, you must bring your pet to the hospital the morning of the procedure between the hours of 8:00 am - 8:30 am. Please be advised that we will need 15 minutes of your time at admit for reviewing surgical estimates. You can contact us with any special requests or concerns regarding your pets procedure. We will accommodate your requests the best we can.
