Dr. Kate Appleton-Walth grew up in Tucson, Arizona and graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. She has been in the field since 2015 and worked here at VCA Valley Animal Hospital and Emergency Center for 3 years before moving to Georgia. Her interests include emergency medicine and surgery. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog and husband, completing puzzles, crocheting, and binging TV shows. Kate has many pets: 1 dog, 3 cats, 1 snake, 2 frogs, and 1 fish!
