Taylor grew up in Buffalo, NY with her mom, dad, brother and many dogs throughout the years. She became involved with her local 4H program in high school through which she showed dairy cattle, confirming the fact that she wanted to work with animals throughout her life. She came to UVM for undergrad in 2014 where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in animal science. Taylor lives with her rescue dog Reuben, who loves hiking and exploring new places with her. She joined VCA at VCA Fitzgerald in Vermont in the fall of her junior year of college as kennel staff, becoming an assistant later that spring. Her interests include assisting in surgery and getting to know all of the new puppies as they join their families.
