Bonnie has worked as a receptionist in the veterinary field for nearly 28 years, most of them here at Wickaboag. As with most people in this industry, her love for animals is what attracted her to this job all those years ago. Over the years, Bonnie has been lucky enough to have been able to share her home with many animals. Currently, she has one dog and four cats who kindly "share their space" with her. Copper, her goofy hound dog was adopted from Sterling Animal Shelter seven years ago. She has adopted all of her cats from a local shelter and each have their own unique little story, but Cindy Bear, (appropriately named after Yogi's girlfriend) has a story that stands out the most. She, along with three littermates were lucky enough to be rescued from a trash compactor by an employee at a local Jellystone Campground. That was almost 12 years ago and each time Bonnie looks into her eyes, she is reminded why she has stayed in this field all these years.
