Dr. Samantha Davern joined the VCA Wickaboag team in June 2023 after graduating with her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Tufts University's Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2023. Dr. Davern received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Marine Biology from the University of New Haven. While in vet school, Dr. Davern completed a DVM student externship here at VCA Wickaboag during the summer of 2021. Dr. Davern is incredibly passionate about helping her patients live healthy and happy lives and developing lasting partnerships with their owners.

Dr. Davern shares a home together with her fiancée Katy and their newly adopted pup, Benji. When Dr. Davern is not working, she enjoys reading, painting and crafty projects. She and Katy love to hike and explore and hopes that she will be able to travel all around the world. We are truly thrilled to have her join the VCA Wickaboag family.
