Quentin started at VCA Columbia Animal Hospital in May 2022 after his CCBC Internship had concluded. Having spent the past couple of years attending school and working in animal shelters, he was ready to move on to the next step in his veterinary medicine journey. He hopes that his board exams in August are only the beginning, and eagerly awaits the opportunities available after his accreditation. Currently he lives at home with his family, 1 dog, and 2 cats, spending his free time with those he loves, still eager to come to work and make a difference.

"When I was young, I faced the potential loss of my cat. I was devastated because the treatment would have been expensive and intense. Fortunately for me, the hospital we took him to were able to work with us and provided everything they could to ensure my cat's best life. He's still alive today thanks to them. Coupled with my love of science and animals, that's what has inspired me to work in the veterinary field and provide that same level of care for both pets and their owners alike."
