Dr. Jeremy Nelson was born and raised in South Orange County, California. He grew up with Rottweilers and a cat and always knew he wanted to work with animals. He received his BS in Animal Science from Cal Poly Pomona in 2018 and continued on at UC Davis for Veterinary School. He graduated in 2022 and joined the team at VCA Airport Irvine Animal Hospital in July of 2022.

Dr. Nelson has an adorable and rambunctious pit bull puppy named Britta and a feisty cat named Benny. He enjoys stand up paddle boarding and cooking with his fiancé and dirt bike riding with his family.

Dr. Nelson enjoys surgery as well as dabbling in a little bit of everything as offered by general practice. He loves interacting with and helping pets while developing lasting relationships with clients.
