Client Service Representative

Amber is a client service representative at VCA AVH Animal Hospital in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania, where she supports clients and their pets by helping create a welcoming, efficient, and positive experience from the moment they arrive. She is focused on making sure clients feel supported, informed, and confident that their needs are being met.

Amber has been working in veterinary medicine for several years and joined VCA after gaining experience in emergency medicine. Her time in a fast-paced ER environment helped shape her ability to stay calm, responsive, and attentive while supporting both clients and the care team. She brings that same level of focus and dedication to her role at AVH.

Amber has a strong interest in pet nutrition and enjoys helping clients better understand how nutrition supports their pet’s overall health and well-being. She takes a client-centered approach to every interaction, working to ensure that questions are answered clearly and that clients feel confident in the everyday choices that impact their pet’s care.

She believes that great care starts with listening and responding quickly, helping clients feel taken care of from the very beginning of their visit. Whether answering questions, guiding next steps, or offering reassurance, she aims to make each experience feel positive, seamless, and supportive.

Amber looks forward to continuing to support pets and families in Pen Argyl and the surrounding Slate Belt communities as part of the AVH team, helping create a consistent, welcoming experience where clients feel supported, and pets receive the care they need.
