Client Service Supervisor

Linda is the client service supervisor at VCA AVH Animal Hospital in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania, where she helps create a welcoming, supportive experience for clients and their pets from the moment they walk through the door. She plays an important role in building relationships with families and ensuring every interaction feels personal, thoughtful, and grounded in trust.

Linda began her career in veterinary medicine in 1984 and has been part of the AVH team for many years. She was originally brought in as a team member and quickly discovered how much she enjoyed working directly with clients and building relationships. Over time, she has become a familiar and trusted presence for many families in the Pen Argyl and surrounding Slate Belt communities.

Linda values the connections she builds with clients and takes pride in being someone they can rely on. She enjoys helping others, supporting her team, and ensuring the client experience is consistent, supportive, and centered around each family’s needs.

She believes that the best approach to care starts with understanding each client’s lifestyle and their pet’s individual needs. By taking the time to listen and personalize each interaction, she helps ensure that every family receives thoughtful, consistent support.
