Dr. Kaulius attended Virginia Tech for her undergraduate work and obtained her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She completed a rotating small animal internship at the Regional Veterinary Referral Center in northern Virginia, where she then joined the staff as an emergency veterinarian. Since 2012, Dr. Kaulius has enjoyed working in general practice at a VCA hospitals in New Jersey and Bethlehem, bonding with per patients and clients. She has a passion for working up internal medicine cases, preventive medicine, and training our future generations of veterinarians. Dr. Kaulius is thrilled to serve both the Slate Belt and Emmaus communities as medical director of both VCA AVH and VCA East Penn. She now lives in Easton with her son and Cavalier King Charles spaniel, Sam. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and reading.
