A proud native Texan, Dr. Bhandarkar grew up in Dallas where she discovered her passion for animals through volunteering at her local animal shelter. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin before going on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M University, graduating with honors.
Dr. B has special professional interests in preventive care and surgery. She is dedicated to building long-term relationships with her clients and their pets, focusing on keeping animals healthy at every stage of life.
Outside the hospital, Dr. B enjoys traveling, running along the Town Lake Trail, and exploring Austin's vibrant restaurant scene.
