Ian joined VCA in March 2026 and brings eight years of experience working with animals. Before becoming a veterinary assistant, he worked as an animal care technician, where he developed a strong passion for animal health and well-being.
What Ian enjoys most about his work is building connections with animals and helping them thrive, especially when he can support their recovery and see them feeling their best again.
At home, Ian has a full furry family that includes Lacie, a yellow lab, and two cats, Stingray and Cuttlefish.
Outside of work, Ian enjoys video games, camping, and spending time with friends whenever he can.
His professional goal is to continue learning more about the veterinary field and eventually become a veterinary technician.
