I was born and raised in Bowie, MD, but moved to the eastern shore with my family in 2005. I got married and purchased a home in 2014. After working in the hotel business in Ocean City I was looking for a career change and found it with animals. I started at VCA in the spring of 2016 and have enjoyed every day since. My husband and I have two pit bulls, Yager (Black) and Guinness (Grey). I enjoy taking them to Assateague to play on the beach and taking them on long walks through wooded trails by our house. 

"Me and my brother and sister grew up having all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, a bird, lizards, fish, a hamster and a turtle. So for me there is nothing better than being able to work with animals on a daily basis."
