I have been with DDAH for over 15 years. I started volunteering at our family friend's animal hospital when I was 13-years-old and fell in love with animal science. I moved to Denver Colorado after high school and attended the Bel-Rea Institute for animal science. This is where I received my Associate's in Applied Animal Science. I started working at a veterinary hospital when I first moved to Denver at 17-years-old and I have worked in the veterinary field ever since. I started working in kennels/boarding when I first started Vet Tech school. Throughout the years, I have worked in every part of an animal hospital from reception to a Surgery Technician. My hobbies are anything outdoors. Our family has a home in Big Bear so I love to get up there every other weekend to hike and enjoy the beautiful weather and lake. My Australian Shepherd, Booker, is my sidekick and loves to run next to my scooter or rollerblades. I also love to snow ski during the winter and scuba dive anywhere tropical. My favorite place in the world to scuba is Fiji!
