I have been with VCA Desert Dunes Animal Hospital for about 5 months and loving every second of it! I have been in this field for about 6 years, but I have been working with animals for more than 9 years altogether. I completed schooling to be a veterinary assistant through Penn Foster and received a certificate. I try to stay up to date on new developments with vet medicine by attending CE conferences.

I enjoy going out of town to the beach or to Big Bear with my little family to enjoy the cooler weather. My hobbies consist of drawing/painting, reading fictional books, which my favorite author is T. J. Macgregor. I also enjoy being a new mom to my little girl, who teaches me every day to be grateful and to see the best in anything and everything.
