Dr. Allyn is essentially a Colorado native. She is originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico, but has lived in Colorado since she was two years old. She has always been surrounded by animals and was called to the veterinary profession from early on. Her mother is a small animal veterinarian and helped Dr. Allyn stoke her desire to help animals and nurture the human-animal bond.
Dr. Allyn received her bachelor's and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. She has a strong interest in facilitating healthy aging of pets, nutrition/weight management, neurology, and dentistry.
In her free time, Dr. Allyn likes to take hikes and camp with her dog Rowan, read, and spend time with family and friends.
