Dr. Mikki is a born and raised Memphian and attended St. Benedict at Auburndale High School. After obtaining her bachelors degree in Biology from Mississippi State University, she completed her DVM at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in Knoxville, which leads to some varying degrees of allegiance during football season. 

Dr. Mikki is a founding member of Trinity Baptist Church in Cordova and is also a member of the Grand Krewe of Ptolemy of Carnival Memphis. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, music, crocheting, and spending times with friends and family. In addition to SEC football, she is a fan of the Memphis Grizzlies and the Chicago Blackhawks. Her professional interests include ophthalmology and preventative medicine.
