Dr. Nortmann earned her Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University in 2002. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical training at Iowa State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Dr. Nortmann began her career in a mixed animal practice in Northwest Ohio, followed by small animal practice in New York and as a medical director in Virginia.

Dr. Nortmann is excited to join the team at VCA Green in the medical director role. She is very happy to return to the Buckeye State and looks forward to continuing the excellent care provided by VCA Green. In her free time, Dr. Nortmann enjoys spending time with her family in Chagrin Falls and participating in dog sports with her smooth collie, Caper.
