Lauren is from St. Anne, IL. She has one older sister that lives in the Washington, D.C., area. Lauren has been married since 2015 to her husband, Dan. In February of 2017 they added Tessa, a crazy Golden Retriever puppy to there household. Lauren has worked at two other VCA hospitals before settling here at VCA Heritage. 

She has a Bachelor degree in Wildlife and Conservation with a minor in Criminal Justice from Murray State University. Lauren is currently enrolled in Penn Foster Veterinary Technician School.

She has a special interest in outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing. She loves sports, especially hockey and baseball. "Go Hawks and Go Cubs!" Lauren played soccer and ran cross country in high school. She likes movies and movie quotes.
