Tammy has worked at VCA Heritage since September of 2007. She has also volunteered at both the Champaign and Vermillion County Humane Societies. Previous to working at VCA, she was the manager at a pet store for six years which specialized in reptiles and aquatics. Tammy has worked in obedience and Rally-O for 25 years. She also is a Canine Good Citizenship evaluator.

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our Client Service representatives and Receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
