Dr. Erwin graduated from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023 and joined the team at VCA Lafayette over the summer. She is originally from southern Indiana and completed her undergraduate studies at Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY. Her special interests within veterinary medicine include client education and communication, neurology, dermatology, and soft tissue surgery. She lives in Lafayette with her partner who is currently studying linguistics at Purdue. They have four cats: Amelia, Cucchiaino, Squidward, and Crouton. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Erwin enjoys reading, cooking (and eating) delicious food, traveling, music, spending time with family, and befriending every cat she meets.
