Dr. Sarah Loutsch is originally from College Park, Maryland and a graduate from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia (Go Hokies!). Following graduation, Dr. Loutsch continued her education with a rotating internship at VCA SouthPaws Veterinary Specialist and Emergency Center. After completing this additional training, she decided she really wanted to focus more on preventative medicine and found VCA Lewis Animal Hospital to be a wonderful fit for her future.

Dr. Loutsch enjoys gardening, cooking, and baking as well as birdwatching and hiking in her free time. She shares her home with three fantastic cats and hopes to someday have a dog again, but in the meantime the cats rule the house!
