Dr. John Lindsey, DVM, CVA, graduated from UC Davis in 1992. Since vet school, he has trained in homeopathy, Acupuncture, and limited Chinese and Western herbs. As Oakwood is new to the VCA Family, Dr. John Lindsey became the Medical Director in February 2015. Presently he owns one dog and four cats: Rosey is a British Blue cat, Winky is a one-eyed long haired exotic cat, Tango is a Bengal mix, Noodles is a new addition (a 5-week-old three-legged kitten), and Joji, a Shiba Inu. The picture includes Lolly, a 4-week-old long haired Dachshund, which will join the family in June. His interests include gardening and spending time at a lake house in Truckee.
