Kenneth

Technician Supervisor

RVT

Kenneth is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Before joining veterinary medicine, he pursued a career in healthcare as an EMT, 911 dispatcher, and helicopter EMS dispatcher. HeliMedicine brought Kenneth to Denver, where he helped establish a critical care transport program for a local hospital system. Having successfully closed his health care career, he could now focus on his true passion - caring for animals.

Starting as a veterinary receptionist, he quickly moved into a veterinary assistant role and earned his registered veterinary technician license through Penn Foster. With experience in general practice, urgent care, and mobile veterinary medicine, Kenneth now serves as technician supervisor at VCA Orchard. His professional interests focus on companion animal quality of life, dentistry, and professional development.

Outside of work, Kenneth enjoys hiking, reading, gardening, expanding his music interests and of course spoiling his furry and scaly family. He has three dogs, Bruno, Luke, and Scooter. They are joined by their cat sister, Chloe, turtle brother, Frank, several freshwater fish, and a single cherry shrimp named Jorge.
