Pet Boarding

Dog Boarding

Our hospital offers dog boarding you can trust. It is sometimes difficult to find a boarding facility that will tend to the needs of your dog and give them the attention they deserve. Boarding at our facility is ideal, especially if your dog has certain medical conditions that require medication. The kennel assistants monitor your pet closely and manage any problems that may arise. (We can give oral or topical medications. We do NOT give any injectable medications.)

While your pet stays with us, we offer additional services you can add to your pets stay to give them additional play time or cuddle time. These services can help keep your pet active and also give extra time to bond with our caring kennel assistants.

Each dog that comes to stay with us needs to be current on their vaccinations. We require pets to be up to date on Distemper, Parvo, Rabies, Bordetella, and a current negative fecal. (For playtime or Doggy Day Camp, pets need to be up to date on vaccines and a negative fecal within 6 months.)

We do not require but we strongly recommend pets be up to date on K9 Influenza H3N2 and H3N8 before boarding stay.

So that we can best accommodate your dog, please make reservations in advance, especially during the holiday season. We will also review your dog's vaccination history to make sure that everything is up to date prior to the start of the boarding visit. If you have had vaccines done elsewhere, you can have your veterinary clinic email or fax us your pet’s current records.
