I am the "Cat Champion" of VCA Palmer. I have always been around cats; they were in my family before I was. My first cat was a Maine Coon by the name of "Tamoka Oaks Fritz a Been," Fritz for short. I got him as my second birthday present and I was hooked from then on. Since then I have had (and still have) many cats. Some of these cats have had medical issues (diabetes, thyroid, asthma, etc...), so I completely understand the toll this may take on someone. I have also had my share of "misunderstood" felines.

The vets here at VCA Palmer Animal Hospital also understand the joy (and at times heartbreak) of owning these "independent thinkers" as "we are not only VCA employees, but we are also the clients". Nowadays I have a dog in the picture named Jaeger. We go everywhere together. Our favorite activities are to be outside and hike. If we could we would do it all day every day.
