Davis is originally from French Camp, CA, but he has lived most of his life in Sonoma County. He started working in the veterinary industry in high school, working as a cashier and clinic assistant at VIP PetCare. Davis worked his way up in VIP over the course of 17+ years, holding various positions such as an rig supervisor, wellness center supervisor, regional director of wellness centers, etc. His most recent position was training and development expert. Davis has a business degree from ITT Tech, and he has a Content Expert certification through Axonify, which is a learning management software, focused on effectively training team members.

Davis joined the PetCare East team in early 2021 as our assistant hospital manager. His passion for employee development and operations has allowed him to dive into creating effective solutions for our team. He enjoys working with the team and supporting them in providing excellent care to pets and service to clients.

In his spare time, Davis enjoys fishing, golfing, bowling, and spending time with his wife and three kids. He has a Rat Terrier mix named Sophie, who he rescued at 8 weeks old. She is now 16!
