Alissa joined VCA Sequoia Valley in late 2017 as a veterinary receptionist while furthering her veterinary technician knowledge at the SRJC. She became a registered veterinary technician in 2020. Growing up, Alissa spent a lot of time hanging out with her pit bull "Little Mama" who had two litters of puppies. This only furthered her love for animals. Currently, she has two cats (Tivali and Moose) and two dogs (Harley and Cleo).
In her spare time, Alissa loves going to the ocean to explore or hike, reading, learning about/finding new crystals, and of course hanging with her pets.
