Erin Keef, Hospital Manager

Erin has been at VCA Shaker Road since May of 2021. She has a background of over ten years of experience in the animal care field including work in animal shelters, mixed practice, and feline only practice. She obtained her Bachelor's in Genetics and Cellular Biology as well as Biotechnology from Washington State University in 2009. In 2018, Erin completed her Bachelor's in Animal Science as well at the University of Connecticut. Currently, she is working on completing her CVPM as well.

In her personal life, Erin and her significant other have a hobby farm in Wallingford, Connecticut, complete with cats, goats, chickens and ducks. They also enjoy gardening, canning, stained glass, and soap making. In the near future, they also plan to build a homestead in Woodstock, Connecticut as well.
