Originally from Bayamon, Puerto Rico, I pursued a degree in Biology at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez campus. I then received my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2023 from Purdue College of Veterinary Medicine. I joined the VCA Simmons Animal Hospital team in February 2024.

My professional interests include feline medicine and neurology. I also have great interest in shelter medicine and one of my goals is to give back to the community in Puerto Rico. I am Fear Free certified. What I like most about my job is being able to have a positive impact on the lives of animals and their owners through compassionate care.

Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, pilates, going to the beach, reading and spending time with loved ones. I have one cat named Lea Luna
