Client Service Manager

Julia is originally from Wixom, Michigan and attended Ferris State University. She has been working in the veterinary field since January 2016 and joined with VCA hospitals in February of 2017. She is the supervisor of the client service representatives, and a loving owner of a wonderful rescue feline named Nacho.

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our client service representatives and receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
