Shelby has been a member of the VCA family since 2016, when she joined the Toms River Animal Hospital team as a Client Service Representative. She quickly grew into a leadership role when she was promoted to CSR Supervisor at Bayview Animal Hospital in 2017; then in 2018 she returned to Toms River as CSR Supervisor. Her incredible leadership and organizational skills led her to another promotion to Office Manager in 2019, and then she naturally progressed to Hospital Manager in 2021.

In her free time, Shelby enjoys crafting, gardening, cooking, and traveling. She also loves spending time at home with her adorable kitty "JJ Scoopy", as well as her husband and stepson.
