Emma has been a dedicated part of the VCA Welborn family since 2018, now serving as our lead veterinary assistant with a career built on a deep-rooted love for animals. A 2023 graduate of Avila University with a bachelor's in biology and ecology, she is currently advancing her expertise by pursuing her credentials as a registered veterinary technician. Emma is particularly passionate about cooperative veterinary care, focusing on techniques that minimize stress for both patients and their owners during visits. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her two dogs, Finnegan and Jaxson, and her energetic "wildcat," Crash.
