She earned her veterinary degree with summa cum laude honors from Long Island University's College of Veterinary Medicine and is currently completing a small animal rotating internship at VREC Westbury. She is deeply committed to providing compassionate care and being a part of the bond between families and their pets, with special interests in histopathology, general pathology, dermatology, and diagnostic imaging. Dr. Green resides on the North Shore of Long Island with her fiancé, Mike, their beloved German Shepherd, Kujo, along with three ex-feral cats: Lincoln, Ducky, and Bubble. She also shares her home with pet jumping spiders and Madagascar hissing roaches, reflecting her love for all creatures great and small. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and "fur brigade," baking sweet treats, staying active, spending time outdoors, and continuing to learn about veterinary disease processes.
