Ashley has been with VCA since August 2015. She transferred to our hospital in February 2017 from one of our Texas hospitals. She started as a CSR and was eventually promoted to veterinary assistant, and loves every second of it. She hopes to someday further her education. She has three pets: a 7-year-old pit bull mix named Gage, a 9-year-old lab named Marley Jo, and a year and a half old cat named Luke Skywhiskers. In her free time, she likes to go to the lake, take Gage to the park, grill out, and do crossword puzzles.

I’ve been working in the veterinary field since 2015.
What is a typical day like for you?
Chasing my daughter, Myla, around and telling her not to put things in her mouth 1,000 times.
What is your favorite part about working with animals?
My favorite part about working with animals is watching puppies and kittens grow up.
