Dr. Katherine Branam is passionate about helping pets live long, healthy, and happy lives. Originally from Buffalo, NY, she graduated from Mississippi State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. After several years of practicing in Fort Worth, Texas, she recently moved to Albany with her husband and two Shiba Inus, Mika and Kitsune Jason. They're excited to be back in New York state and to be part of this wonderful community.
Dr. Branam's focus is on preventive care—catching potential health issues early to ensure pets live their healthiest lives possible. She's especially dedicated to improving the quality of life for senior pets. As our pets age, they face unique health challenges, and she's committed to helping them manage these changes so they can continue to enjoy their golden years with comfort and joy.
When she's not working, Dr. Branam loves to travel and explore new places with her family. Whether it's a weekend getaway or an international adventure, experiencing new cultures and landscapes always inspires her. She's excited to meet you and your pets and help them live their best lives at every stage!
