Linette began her veterinary career in 2000 as a veterinary assistant at VCA Foothill Veterinary Hospital. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in animal science from California Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2006. Shortly after graduating, she passed the Veterinary Technician National Exam to obtain her registered veterinary technician license and moved to Big Bear for a short stint to be the zookeeper at Moonridge Animal Park. She later returned to the Los Angeles area and resumed her career at VCA Foothill as the technician supervisor.
In search of new and exciting experiences in the veterinary field, Linette joined the Surgery department at Animal Specialty Group in 2013. Several years later, she assumed a leadership role as the Surgery department technician manager at Metropolitan Animal Specialty Hospital. In 2022, she returned to VCA Animal Specialty Group to work in the Internal Medicine department, where she quickly excelled as the department supervisor.
Outside of work, Linette enjoys spending quality time with her family, which includes her dog, Chica; two bearded dragons, Death and Claw; and her leopard gecko, Lizzy. She also enjoys gaming, attending her son's football games on the weekends, and eating Korean BBQ.
