Hello, my name is Soloman Hernandez and I am a Client Service Representative Lead for VCA Becker Animal Hospital and Pet Resort. I have been with this hospital since Thanksgiving of 2012. I started here as Pet Resort Staff, quickly promoted to Pet Resort Supervisor, and then transferred to Client Service, where I quickly became our Overnight Supervisor. After almost 8 years of overnight management, I decided to pursue family life and switched to daytime where I now serve as a CSR Lead.
I grew up in San Diego, CA, and lived there until I was 18. I then moved to Roswell, NM, where I lived until 1999 before moving to San Antonio where I have been ever since. I now live at home with my wife and kids. I enjoy family time, BBQing as much as I can, and working on home improvement, though the latter is a work in progress!
