Client Service Representative Supervisor

Destinee has been working as a veterinary receptionist at VCA Blue Cross since March of 2018. She has a true passion for helping others in need, including her furry friends. When Destinee is not working, you can find her mothering her son, Austin, two beautiful dogs, Lola and Lolo, while also caring for her cat, Leo. Destinee has a very creative mind, which she uses to help in any way she can to help our team be the best we can.

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our Client Service representatives and Receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
