Kimberly Branson

Client Service Supervisor

Kim began her career at the clinic in July of 2005 as a client service representative. Over the years, she has grown within the team, holding roles such as client service coordinator and lead CSR, and is currently the CSR supervisor. She also serves as the CareClub coordinator, managing the hospital's wellness plans and supporting clients in staying proactive about their pets' care.

She has a strong interest in parasitology, health certificate research, and billing and coding—contributing to both the administrative and medical sides of the practice. She is also passionate about Fear Free practices and positive reinforcement training, always aiming to create a calm, supportive experience for clients and their pets.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys hiking and caring for her many houseplants. At home, she shares her life with two cats, Francesca and Alexi, both of whom she raised from bottle-fed kittens, and has a soft spot for German shepherds and Chihuahuas.

Administration

The hospital administration team consists of management personnel who oversee all staff members, hospital activities and the facilities. Together, they keep the hospital running smoothly, ensuring quality patient care and excellent client service. From the moment you check in, our administrative staff is here to deliver the best possible experience to you and your pet before, during and after your visit.
