Amy started as a Client Service Representative in 2001 when she returned to the area after spending some time in North Carolina and Okinawa, Japan. Amy wanted to become a technician but realized customer service was her strong suit. She lives in Fairless Hills with her best boy, although a little crazy, Roscoe. Amy is also the proud mother of a Chief in the US Navy. Her son and his fiancée are stationed in Norfolk, VA.
